Frequently Asked Questions
We serve breakfast, lunch, and a lite snack. All meals are included in the cost of tuition. Well balanced meals can be provided by the parents.
Please have your child here no later than 7:45 am to allow time for breakfast before formal instruction starts at 8:00 am.
For security, please use the side door nearest the BFCA office for drop-off and pick-up. We have a rainy day pickup which will be under the porte cochere.
You must sign your child in/out at the BFCA office using the parent/guardian sign in/out app on a daily basis (Brightwheel).
Please ensure they are on the pickup authorization list and provide their driver’s license to the front office.
Please contact BFCA to update the authorization list. This will be required before your child can be released to leave with the designated person.
From 8:00 am to 6:00 pm during formal instructional hours.
Uniforms are required to be worn Monday to Friday unless specified otherwise. The uniforms must have the school's logo on it. Uniforms can be purchased at Academic Outfitters.
Chapel is on Tuesday and Thursday of each week in the sanctuary. The students wear their formal BFCA attire for chapel. This is the plaid attire with the necktie/bow tie.
We closely align with HISD closures. We will contact families as soon as possible regarding early pick-up and/or closures.

Our mission is to provide excellent childcare for our little scholars by exceeding the Texas State Minimum Standards guidelines and TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge & Skills).
